In the process of becoming a popular television network, Nickelodeon has built up a demand for child and teen actors to start in their television shows and movies.

Go Viral Nickelodeon

Going Viral Game show

American Idol host Ryan Seacrest has no plans on stooping anytime soon because he just signed a deal to host a new Nickelodeon television series Go Viral. The popular kids network  has ordered 40 half-hour episodes of Go Viral, a studio game show that features kid contestants as they compete in elimination challenges revolving around viral videos. Production is set to begin early next year in Los Angeles with a premiere set for Summer 2014 and the casting directors are now looking for kids of all ages that are interested in auditioning. Nickelodeon has just announced that their sequel Spongebob Squarepants 2 has started casting for several voiceover roles for kids and adults. So far Nickelodeon has cast the voices of  Tom Kenny, Bill Fagerbakke, Rodger Bumpass, Clancy Brown and Carolyn Lawrence for the popular animation. The movie will start filming some of its live action scenes in the Savannah area in Georgia this September, October and November for approximately 40 days. The plot of the film is still unknown but the casting directors are looking for talent in the Atlanta area for several extra roles.
